Position: Project Head – Community Development & Skill Enhancement Programs

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Public Administration, Social Work, Engineering, Rural Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3–10 years of experience in project management, program coordination, administration, or community development projects.
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead and manage development, education, healthcare, skill development, and community welfare projects across Dharmapuri District, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating project activities while ensuring successful implementation and achievement of organizational goals.
The Project Head will work closely with government departments, NGOs, educational institutions, community stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective project delivery and sustainable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
- Manage project teams and coordinate field operations.
- Develop project strategies, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
- Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and partners.
- Monitor project performance and ensure quality standards.
